How about a little get-away to motivate you? You say you only have an
hour! Well how about filling that tub of yours with bubbles or scented oil. Shut
and lock that door, turn on your favorite CD,

light those scented candles,

and don't forget that beverage, whether it be flavored coffee,
Clubs of America
herbal tea,
Adagio Teas
or your favorite wine. Now your ready to settle in. Close your eyes, take a
breath and envision yourself shedding, molting, exfoliating or whatever your
word is just envision that coming off your body. (ex. stress, illness, pain,
sadness) When you are done your little getaway just lay there one more minute.
Close your eyes and take a large breath, inhale through your nose and exhale
through your mouth. Now pull the plug...see that stress, pain sadness etc. going
down the drain!! Leave it there...now get out, wrap yourself in that big ole
bathrobe and slip on those slippers. Walk over to your mirror and smile at
yourself.
