This is for all chocoholics
- If you get melted chocolate all over your hands, you're eating it too
slowly.
- Chocolate-covered raisins, cherries, orange slices and strawberries all
count as fruit, so eat as many as you want.
- Eat a chocolate bar before each meal. It will take the edge off your
appetite, and you will eat less.
- Store your chocolate on top of the refrigerator. Calories are afraid of
heights, and will jump out of the chocolate to protect themselves.
- Equal amounts of dark chocolate and white chocolate make a balanced diet.
- The preservatives in chocolate will make you look younger.
- A nice box of chocolates provides your total daily intake of calories in
one place. Isn't that handy?
- Put "eat chocolate" at the top of your list of things to do today. That
way, at least you will get one thing done.
- Question: Why is there no such organization as Chocoholics Anonymous?
Answer: Because no one wants to quit!!!
- Problem: How do you get 2 pounds of chocolate home from the store in a hot
car?
Solution: Eat it in the parking lot.

Quotes are a great way to motivate yourself or others. When we use quotes in our dialogue or in presentations we show people that we have learned from the wisdom of others and that we believe in what we are saying. We're not just sharing our opinion, it is how other's feel as well. So keep the wisdom of the past alive and recite some
motivational quotes today.
