As your walking your blood is pumping and your brain is
in gear so THINK, create, problem solve, dream.
Fill your brain with ideas and if you need take a recorder with you. A one mile
brisk walk will only take about 15 minutes. Make it easy as possible. If you
like music take along your favorite CD and walk about 3 songs one way and then
turn around and come back to the other 3 songs. It's that easy. If you can't get
out, do it in your house during one of those 1/2 hour sitcoms.
My father walks to the ice cream parlor with the neighborhood
children in tow, frozen yogurt for everyone and home again, perfect ending to a
hard day he says.
